Focused on providing affordable access to medical equipment, Ability Found works with patients’ health care providers to meet each need

Angel Flight West

Provide passengers access to treatment at faraway medical centers; transporting blood to critically ill patients; flying special needs kids to summer camps; and many more humanitarian missions.

Angel's Hands Foundation

Support Utah families living with unusual medical conditions and improve the quality of life for individuals living with rare diseases. AHF provides funding for medically related expenses, educational conferences and even non-medically necessary equipment that has shown to improve the quality of life for individuals.

Bert's Big Adventure

Bert’s Big Adventure provides a magical, all-expenses-paid, five-day journey to Walt Disney World® for children with chronic and terminal illnesses and their families. To qualify for Bert’s Big Adventure, children must be between the ages of 5 and 12, live in “The Bert Show” radio listening area, prove financial need and have never been to Walt Disney World®.

Dream Factory

The Spanish Fork, UT chapter grants dreams to critically and chronically ill children from the age of 3 to 18.

Ezra B Smith Foundation

Provide tuition/therapy grants for financially disadvantaged children with a diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder that live in the state of Utah.


Limb Preservation Foundation

The Patient Assistance Program provides assistance to qualifying uninsured or underinsured patients who are in active treatment of their extremities for tumor, trauma or infection through six different funds.

Make A Wish Utah

Grants the wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions to enrich the human experience with hope, strength and joy.
