Amy Young Barrier Removal Program
Provides one-time grants of up to $22,500 to Persons with Disabilities who need modifications to increase accessibility and eliminate hazardous conditions in their home. Program beneficiaries must include a Person with Disability, must have a household income that does not exceed 80% of the Area Median Family Income, and may be tenants or homeowners.

Any Baby Can Prescription Assistance
Enables families without medical insurance or who have exhausted all other insurance resources to apply for free or low cost prescription drugs.
Assistive Technology Fund
The Association of Blind Citizens operates the Assistive Technology Fund. Offers grants for assistive technology for 50% of the price of certain items.
Autism Rescue Angels
Providing financial assistance to autism families in the Houston area for medical, therapeutic or respite needs of teenagers 15 years or older with autism spectrum disorder.

Be An Angel provides a variety of innovative programs that provide activities, equipment and developmental care for children with multiple disabilities or profound deafness.
Bert's Big Adventure
Provides trips to Disney World for children 5-12 years old diagnosed with a chronic or terminal illness or is physically challenged.
Best Single Source Plus Program.
This program provides financial help for essential needs including rent, mortgage or utilities. The client must be in a financial crisis threatening their housing stability and live in Travis County.
BIG Love Cancer Care
Providing personalized care to cancer kids and their families at Texas Children's Hospital (Houston) and Dell Children's Medical Center (Austin, TX).
Blessed Be "Hope for Three"
Through their Family Resource program, we offer financial assistance to families in the Forth Bend County area, for assessments, treatments, therapies, services and supports that may not otherwise be covered by insurance.
Cancer Care Services
Provide financial assistance with medical supplies and equipment, supportive medications, transportation, health insurance premiums, nutritional supplements and other services to cancer patients, for little or no charge to clients in Tarrant County.
CARE and Candlelighters
Serves families with children ages 0-20 who have a special healthcare need or cancer. Parents receive support in navigating resources and connecting to community programs. Counties served include Travis, Williamson, Hays, Bastrop, Caldwell, Fayette, Burnet and Bell.

Cerebral Palsy Awareness Transition Hope
Provide financial assistance for families of children and individuals diagnosed with cerebral palsy in Central Texas. Grants can be used for medical equipment/devices, therapy, recreation, and support.
Children’s Hearing Aid Texas
(CHAT) program provides financial assistance and case management for auditory services and hearing aids for children in Central Texas. The child must be 0-12 years old and live in Bastrop, Bell, Blanco, Burnet, Caldwell, Fayette, Hays, Llano, Travis or Williamson County.

Tee Time for Autism is an organization dedicated to directly meeting the varied needs of individuals affected by autism spectrum disorders and to raise funds for family support, research, education, and autism awareness. Helping families in the Houston area that have a child under 18 years old with autism.
Dallas Hearing Foundation
Provide medical and surgical treatment, hearing technologies, speech and hearing rehabilitation, and educational support to those who are in financial need.

Largest all-volunteer driven children’s wish-granting organization that does not limit its mission to children who have life-threatening illness. The organization believes children with chronic illnesses and disorders also suffer from substantial emotional and physical pain.

Kimberly Dixon Memorial Fund
Support an individual from the Austin area with disabilities who has low to non-verbal communication skills and/or intractable epilepsy in order to offer financial support for alternative therapies or treatments.

Project MEND
Accept donations of gently used medical equipment from the community (i.e. hospitals, clinics, and individuals) and refurbish, sanitize, and distribute the medical equipment to Texans in need. Some examples of home medical equipment available through our program include wheelchairs, power scooters, hospital beds, tub transfer benches, and all types of walkers.
