Angel Flight

Angel Flight Soars arranges free air transportation for people who need to travel to receive life saving medical treatment, but lack the means.

Bert's Big Adventure

Provides a magical, all-expenses-paid, five-day journey to Walt Disney World® for children with chronic and terminal illnesses and their families. Child must be between the ages of 5 and 12 years old and live within the listening area of "The Bert Show". Applications will be accepted from the Atlanta, GA; Abilene, TX; Amarillo, TX; Brunswick, GA; Charleston, SC; Copeland, KS; Dallas, TX; Fayetteville, AR; Fort Wayne, IN; Grand Forks, ND; Hot Springs, AR; Hugoton, KS; Huntington, WV; Indianapolis, IN; Jamestown, ND; Lubbock, TX; Nashville, TN; Pierre, SD; Reno, NV; Salt Lake City, UT; and Tupelo, MS listening areas.

Children's Relief Fund

This group consists of volunteers who raise money to help fund therapy, equipment, summer programs and other group activities for disabled children in the Hilton Head Island and Bluffton area.

Dream Factory Inc.

Largest all-volunteer driven children’s wish-granting organization that does not limit its mission to children who have life-threatening illness. The organization believes children with chronic illnesses and disorders also suffer from substantial emotional and physical pain.

Marty Lyons Foundation

Applications will be accepted for “special wishes” only for children chronologically aged three (3) through seventeen (17) years. Children must also reside, or be receiving medical treatment in Alabama, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas and Virginia.

Mercy Flight Southeast

Coordinates missions to fly organ transplant candidates, people involved in clinical trials, chemotherapy or other repetitive treatment, victims of abuse seeking relocation, families receiving help from Ronald McDonald Houses, Shriners Hospitals and many other charities, disabled or sick children to special summer camp programs, disaster relief and for many other humanitarian reasons.

Winston's Wish Foundation

Winston's Wish Foundation is enabling South Carolina's children with autism and their families to thrive. They offer new educational opportunities and resources for these children and their families while promoting a heightened awareness and deeper understanding of autism in our greater community. Currently offering Bundle of Books and the Teaching Toy Box.
