Offers fun filled adventures, Parent’s Night Out, & Hospital visits for families caring for a child with a life-threatening illness “normal” again by helping them gain back moments of positive, family-shared experiences and memories.
A Leg Up for Kids Foundation
We currently donate the Sit-N-StandTM stroller to benefit children who rely on mechanical ventilators. We distribute them through the A.I. DuPont Hospital for Children in Delaware and Children's Hospitals of Philadelphia and Pittsburgh in Pennsylvania.
Adam Taliaferro Foundation
Provides emotional, financial and educational support to individuals who suffer catastrophic head or spinal injuries in New Jersey, Pennsylvania or Delaware.
Andrew's Gift Foundation
Assist families in Dauphin, Cumberland, Perry, Lebanon & Lancaster counties in Pennsylvania in addressing basic needs, in accessing specialized equipment, and in providing opportunities for community-based recreation and skill-building experiences.
Angel Flight East
Provide free air transportation to qualified patients and their families by arranging flights to distant medical facilities, delivering supplies to disaster areas, and reuniting families during desperate times. Provides transportation in the Northeastern region of the United States for distances up to 1,000 miles. The minimum distance AFE travels is 100 miles.
Autism Society of Greater Philadelphia
The goal of this program is to make funds available for worthwhile projects to the surrounding support groups, organizations, and individuals in an easy, streamlined way. The project must serve at least part of the five-county region of SE Pennsylvania (i.e., Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, and Philadelphia counties).
Bringing Hope Home
Pay household bills to ensure our Families are able to stay in their homes, with a roof over their heads, utilities on, phones working, and food on the table while they are dealing with cancer.
Canine Partners for Life
Dedicated to training service dogs (including various types of medical alert dogs) and home/residential/courthouse companion dogs, to assist individuals who have a wide range of physical, neurological and cognitive disabilities. Efforts will be focused on an area within a 250 mile radius of Cochranville, Pennsylvania.
Casey Cares Foundation
Provides uplifting programs with a special touch for critically ill children and their families in eight states and D.C. Helps children being treated for cancer, brain tumors, blood disorders, lymphoma , sarcoma, and cystic fibrosis.
Designing 4 Hope
Designing 4 Hope is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to helping critically ill children and their families by giving them dream bedroom makeovers. Our goal is to design and renovate their rooms providing them with a special place to rest, recover, heal and dream. Anyone can refer a child for a dream bedroom makeover. Our team is located in southeastern Pennsylvania (Limerick/ Royersford) and, at this time, we will accept referrals within a 1.5-hour driving distance.
Dream Come True
Dream Come True fulfills the dreams of children who are seriously, chronically or terminally ill and reside in the Greater Lehigh Valley PA area. The children are between the ages of 4 and 17 years old. Dream Come True is unique in that we are a local organization that fulfill dreams for serious and chronic illnesses not just terminal ones. We also offer dream recipients, college scholarships and funeral expenses.

Largest all-volunteer driven children’s wish-granting organization that does not limit its mission to children who have life-threatening illness. The organization believes children with chronic illnesses and disorders also suffer from substantial emotional and physical pain.

Provides grants for up to $250* towards therapeutic services/group activities, educational grants to the parents who would like to attend conferences/workshops, counseling services for families dealing with the challenges of raising a special needs child and help with daily living skills.
Julia's Grace
Special moments (a.k.a., ‘hugs’) to children with cancer and their families. "Hugs" boxes are available to children. They also grant financial assistance (a.k.a., ‘graces’) to families experiencing financial hardship due to their child’s cancer treatment and care costs.
Kelly Anne Dolan Memorial Fund
The Kelly Anne Dolan Memorial Fund helps families caring for children with serious illnesses, disabilities, and injuries. We provide financial assistance for needs not covered by insurance, respite programs, and non-cash items to families in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware.

Madeline Moore Summer Camp Grant
A child must be a Philadelphia resident with a mental health diagnosis between the ages of 6 to 17, currently receiving publicly funded mental health and/or behavioral health services (paid for by Community Behavioral Health or The Office of Mental Health) through the summer. Each eligible child can receive a grant of up to $400.00 to attend a participating summer camp.
Make A Wish Philadelphia, Delaware, & Susquehanna
Grant the wishes of children diagnosed with a critical illness, i.e., a progressive, degenerative or malignant condition that is placing the child's life in jeopardy.
Marty Lyons Foundation
Applications will be accepted for “special wishes” only for children chronologically aged three (3) through seventeen (17) years.
Mercy Medical Angels
Provide assistance with transportation to receive medical services in the air with commercial airline tickets and volunteer pilots, and on the ground with gas cards, bus and train tickets.
Michael's Way
Families of children in treatment are eligible to apply for funds to pay for needed expenditures such as rent, mortgage, utilities, bills, childcare and transportation to and from the hospital.

PATF can help people with disabilities and older Pennsylvanians get the assistive technology they need with zero and low-interest financial loans (there are no fees) for the purchase of assistive technology.

Provide assistance in the form of air conditioners, nebulizers, medications, or other CF related needs.

Provides financial grants to make homes more accessible.
Variety the Children's Charity
Variety provides children with disabilities in Southwestern Pennsylvania with unique programs, experiences, and equipment so they may live life to the fullest. Through Variety's programs and services, children gain the freedom to be active, involved, and accepted.
"My Bike" Program provides children with disabilities with an adaptive bike so they may have the freedom of a bike and the joy of riding alongside friends.
"My Stroller" Providing “on-the-go” mobility through an adaptive stroller to make sure kids with disabilities for daily mobility and/or safety in the community.
"My Voice" Providing a communication device (i.e. a restricted iPad with a prescribed app) to kids with a communication disorder to give them a voice at all times.
Virginia Del Sordo Fund
Provides financial assistance through a $200 grant to Pennsylvanians with disabilities to increase their ability to acquire the assistive technology (AT) devices they need.
